About The Pre-Grading Workshop
A pre-grading workshop is a session held before our scheduled gradings. The primary purposes of this workshop includes:
- Clarifying expectations and addressing concerns:
Students can query to find out what assessors will be looking for during the grading. - Technical and tactical review
The workshop will allow time for students to practice and refine some of their techniques. - Personalised feedback
After assessing some techniques and simulations, instructors can provide feedback with areas of strength and areas of development. - Sample grading drills / Mock Testing
At times, the workshop may involve a simulation of a grading process, allowing students to get a sense of what to expect.
Pending group size, it can be run in partnerships, or larger groups.
