I was planning a corporate retreat for my recruitment company, and contacted Krav Maga Self Defence to spend half a day with my team to teach them some useful self defence skills, and to challenge themselves. Some of the group were initially nervous about doing the training, because it was a bit outside of their ‘comfort zone’, but Sven and Kelly were great at making them feel at ease, and have fun. As a team building activity, Krav Maga is perfect, because it gets everyone working together, but also building some resilience and learning about stress management. I highly recommend Sven and the team for your next team training activity.
