New classes will commence on the 20/9 (TUESDAY) Krav Fitness and Open floor classes.
6:45PM - Krav Fitness. These classes are designed to enhance the fundamentals you learn in Krav. Hit harder, move faster, develop explosive power, reduce fatigue and increase aggressivness. These classes are open to anyone. no grade required.
7:45pm - Open Floor. This class is similar to the Saturday classes we run where as they are open to anyone regardless of your current grade. For the beginners this is a great way to train with some of the students from the advanced class and familiarize yourself with the behaviors and tactics that we expect you to develop. Advanced students don't miss out either as we do still cover some high level curriculum material as well. Students on the Flexi pass - this is a great way to get in another night of training under your belt
